Garden Office, West Sussex

The brief for this garden office was for a feeling of calm and to capture the light as well as including the beautiful garden that surrounded it. It allows the worker enjoyment of 360 degree views of skies, trees and plants, but also offers a spot to reflect quietly in the sofa area.

The feel and colour scheme for this whole space originated with a piece of art; namely the beautiful, framed collection of handpainted eggs bought by the bird-loving homeowner. It informed the soft colour palette of duck egg blue and peaceful neutrals, bought to life with a peachy pale pink. The L shaped sofa bed is from Sofa.com, cushions from Andrew Martin x Sophie Patterson, white and pale blue lamp from Pooky, pendant lights from Skandium, reeded sideside board from Atkin & Thyme and desk and desk lamp from John Lewis.
