Guest Twin Bedroom, South London

Fun and expressive was the brief for the feeling for this twin bedroom intended for children to stay in. Working with a beautiful Edwardian fireplace and the client’s existing blind we edited some existing joinery to become bookshelves and wardrobes with eye-catching detailing and knobs that give a pop of intense colour. The matching headboards are in a stunning rainbow print whose blue and pink is continued in the floral print of the reupholstered rocking chair, a family favourite that needed a new lease of life. The scheme is grounded with some beautiful antique furniture that adds to the charm of this lively room.
