HOW I WORK
Room Service: In-Person Design
Room Service has been created as a full-service offering for Clients based in Sussex and Surrey looking to redesign a specific room in their house. The end result will be the perfect space for them, delivered affordably and as an enjoyable experience. The first, no obligation meeting is free of charge so I can get to know what you’re looking for. We will discuss the brief, you can show me your room and I can tell you, in more detail, about how my process works.
If you’re keen to proceed, I’ll then begin your room design project, coming up with a Concept Board, Colour Palette, Samples Tray, Layouts and a ballpark Budget for our first meeting. You are a very important part of the creative process at this stage so I’ll be looking for feedback that I can work into the design so you’re happy with the direction the design has taken. I’ll then develop the room further, providing you with Specifications for Contractors, a Colour Sketch or 3D graphic of the room, the Furniture, Fittings and Equipment List/Costs and a Box of Fabrics.
When it comes to implementing the design, I have a number of trusted partners who will carry out any necessary works. I will then make Furniture, Fittings and Equipment Purchases on your behalf and Install them on an agreed date.

Room on Zoom: Virtual Consultation
Room on Zoom is Chello's 1 hour Virtual Consultation service that might appeal if you're based outside Sussex or Surrey and or you wish to use my interior design knowledge for a mini workshop.
I ask Clients to send me information about their room beforehand plus a list of questions they'd like to address. Having done some prep work we then dive in to our call fully armed and with my library of paint colours and samples to hand. Typical topics would be around paint, wallpaper, fabrics for upholstery and window treatments, layouts, sourcing, joinery, lighting and budget. A follow up document will later be shared with all the ideas discussed noted down for future reference and I will post samples to your home.
